We provide FREE shipping on all orders placed on our website. The shipping process at 8finity – we have been carefully and thoughtfully planned to ensure that it is convenient, fast and easy for our valuable customers!
Delivery time usually would be within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order dispatch. However, at certain locations, it may take a few more days for you to receive the order. Please note that the extra days are only needed depending on the delivery location and exceptional circumstances like holidays or extended weekends. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. We advise you to order well in advance to receive supplies in time.
The day your order ships do not count as a time-in-transit day. Start counting AFTER the day it ships. (Note: Shipping days refer to business days only, Mon-Sat). Shipping times never include Sundays or Holidays.
Packages are delivered to your door by the leading courier companies like Delhivery, SkyKing, or DHL. Packages to remote areas in India are delivered by India Post.
Orders placed by 2:00 pm IST Mon-Sat will usually ship the same day or the next day, provided there is no customisation, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a Holiday. To ensure dispatch on the same day, we advise you to please ensure that the payment is made in time. All other necessary details, like your billing and shipping address, also need to be made available.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm IST will be shipped the next business day or within 48 hours from our warehouse in Kolkata.
Once your order is successfully dispatched from the warehouse, you receive a confirmation email on your registered mail ID providing you information about the courier service and the tracking number for your order, enabling you to track your order online from the convenience of your home.

It is possible to have your delivery address different from your billing address. During the checkout process, you can choose another address.
Since we use a third-party courier service. We DO NOT take a guarantee for deliveries on local holidays or if the package arrives late.

In an unfortunate case of return or cancellation of the order, shipping charges applied stand to be non-refundable.
Some items are larger, these items have a delivery surcharge. The surcharge is in addition to the regular shipping and handling charges and the cost will be applied at checkout. The price will appear individually for each item and is included in the total for “Shipping and Handling”. Surcharges vary by item.
