In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to contact@8finity.org with the Subject – ‘Wrong Product’. We will dispatch your correct order within 48 hours of receiving this Email. Subsequently, we will pick up the wrong products delivered from your doorstep.
In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to contact@8finity.org with the Subject – ‘Damaged Package’. We will dispatch a replacement for the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving this Email.
Products once opened are not eligible for return except in special scenarios.
Items that are shipped to 8finity without adequate packing to ensure the safe return and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. In case of cancellation, please send us an email at contact@8finity.org with the Subject – ‘Cancellation’ within two hours of your order.
